Account Responsibilities

Users should keep profile and contact information accurate and up to date. EthicLnowTrack relies on this information to provide notifications and support related to logged decisions and paid services.

Protect your account credentials. Do not share passwords or leave sessions open on shared devices. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access so appropriate steps can be taken.

Account credentials and subscriptions are non-transferable without prior written consent from EthicLnowTrack. Organisations should set up dedicated accounts for institutional use.

If you believe your account was compromised, contact our support team immediately so we can secure the account and help restore access. Include relevant timestamps and recent activity for faster contribute.

EthicLnowTrack may suspend accounts that violate terms or pose security risks. Suspension may be temporary while the issue is contribute and resolved.

Services Provided

EthicLnowTrack provides templates, case studies, and tracking tools to document decision criteria, options, and outcomes for ethical business choices. Services emphasise record-keeping, scenario comparison, and administrative reporting rather than business advice.

We may modify or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to provide notice of material changes, but reserve the right to update services for security or regulatory reasons with minimal notice when necessary.

While we strive for reliable access, service availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, or other events. We recommend users export critical logs regularly as part of their governance practices.

User Rules

User Content

Users retain ownership of original content they upload, subject to any necessary rights granted to EthicLnowTrack to provide the service and to display the content to authorised users.

By submitting content, users grant EthicLnowTrack a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, and display the content within the service for the duration required to operate and improve features.

Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with laws and third-party rights. EthicLnowTrack does not verify every submission and is not responsible for user-generated inaccuracies.

We may remove content that violates terms or applicable law. Users may request removal of their own content; removal requests will be handled in accordance with our retention and legal obligations.

Intellectual Property

EthicLnowTrack retains intellectual property rights in platform code, templates, and proprietary materials. Users may not reproduce or distribute platform software without written permission.

Paid Services

Certain advanced features and templates are offered as paid services. Paid offerings support development of additional case studies and secure infrastructure tailored to organisational needs.

Pricing for paid services is stated at the point of purchase. Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and include applicable local taxes unless otherwise noted.

We accept standard electronic payment methods. Payment details are handled by secure third-party processors; EthicLnowTrack does not store full payment card details.

Subscription plans may renew automatically. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through account settings prior to the next billing date.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For purchases involving digital templates and immediate access, partial refunds may be limited to reflect consumed services and administration costs.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access rights are described during checkout.

Customers are responsible for taxes applicable to their purchases in their jurisdiction. We will itemise taxes where required by law.

We may adjust prices for paid services. Changes will be communicated in advance to existing subscribers where reasonably possible.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features and eventual termination of access following reasonable notice and attempts to resolve billing issues.

Limitation of Liability
